KENAKI LODGE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible and in order that all guests will be able to stay in our hotel in a safe and comfortable atmosphere, we request your cooperation in observing the following as an agreement between you, the guest, and Kenaki Lodge.
In Addition to this, a copy of these rules and regulations is also available in all guest rooms in case of later doubts.
The prices of the rooms and bungalows include daily cleaning.
The Hotel reserves the right to enter the guests room in their absence for cleaning and emergency maintenance. If you prefer otherwise, please let us know at reception.
Under no circumstances will the hotel be responsible for belongings and valuables left in the room or on the premises. Please use the safe deposit box provided.
For security reasons, the alarm of the bungalows has to be on when you are outside.
Breakfast is served between 7.00 a.m. – 9.00 a.m.
The room's rates include the breakfast : coffee, tea or chocolate, fresh juice, fruits, bread “baguette” with butter and homemade marmalade, eggs, gallo pinto.
As the bungalows have a full equipped kitchen, prices do not include the breakfast.
We will charge $10.00 USD per adult and $ 5.00 USD per child (from 6 to 10 years old) for each additional breakfast.
Each additional bed: $20.00 USD per adult and $10.00 USD per child (from 6 to 10 years old).
Taxes: 13% (not included).
Until 5 years old, children don't pay. We can provide you a free baby bed.
Laundry services are available at an additional cost of $5.00 USD/washer and $5.00 USD per dryer (plus 13 % taxes). We do not separate colors and will be not held responsible for any damaged or lost items.
Check in time is 2.00 p.m. – 9.00 p.m. Check out time is before 11.00 a.m. Late check out is possible at a cost of $ 20.00 USD per room and depending on availability and will not be later than 1.00 p.m. Full room rate will be charged after this time.
Luggage storage facilities available free of charge. Hotel reserves the right to refuse luggage storage if it is not during the time, or immediately after, the time of stay of guest. Luggage is stored at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage.
Guests must identify themselves with an official photo identity document. Official documents include Passport/ID.
Minors are not accepted without parent or legal guardian authority.
We reserve the right to remove guest belongings from the room If checkout time is not respected.
Guest should state the duration of their stay during check in or when extending reservation. If you do not, the hotel will presume it is for that night only.
Payment is always in advance. If payment for extending the stay is not made by checkout time we understand the room is free and reserve the right to allocate it to other guests.
The Hotel reserves the right to retain guest luggage and belongings in the case of failure to pay.
Lost keys will be charged $ 10.00 USD. Lost alarm control will be charged $ 20.00 USD.
Missing towels will be charged $ 10.00 USD, damaged bed sheets will be charged $ 20.00 USD.
Smoking is not allowed in the room nor in public areas and is only permitted in the garden.
Alcoholic beverages from outside are not allowed in the hotel/hostel. The consumption of any kind of drug is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized guests in rooms are not allowed.
We do not allow pets.
Please be considerate to other guests. Quiet hours are from 9.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m.
We provide you a shower on the parking area to rinse out the sand from the beach.
In order to secure your reservation, you will be required to make a deposit equivalent to: the first night of the total stay.
All reservations made between December 20th and January 5th are prepaid.
The same policy applies for reservations made during Easter Week.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We are a small hotel and any change to an existing reservation will have an effect on the reservation of other potential guests who would like to stay with us. For this reason, you will be partially or totally financially responsible (see below) for any changes to your reservation, late (next day) arrival, no-shows or early check-outs.

By signing the check in form you are agreeing to the above rules and regulations and authorize Kenaki Lodge to charge your credit card for any open balances or damages.
